      <image:caption>Managing Principal, CEO With over 300mm in syndications and over 3000 units repositioned under his management, Taylor has worked through multiple development cycles in some of the nations best-performing markets. Founding 37urban in 2015, Perkins grew the company to Nashville and Middle Tennessee as one of the primary markets to focus his team and investors on for a development cycle. In just 24 months and with over 150 million in syndications completed since July of 2017, year-over-year volume growth of over 500% annually since its inception, and average IRR’s topping 80%, Perkins and his team successfully exited their best acquisition cycle in the history of the company in 2021. Currently focusing on Opportunity Zone opportunities and micro apartment development projects, Perkins has grown the company’s acquisition efforts to focus on deal-agnostic opportunities laser-focused on investor returns in two to 5-year hold scenarios. Born and raised in Texas, Perkins’ first real estate deal was a 12-unit multifamily project that he converted in to condos. He has had a passion for hospitality, multifamily, &amp; adaptive re-use projects his entire professional career, and has worked with some of the nations largest multifamily REIT’s and investment groups to find them key acquisitions. Perkins enjoys family life with his wife Kati, and their son, Dalton. He is a member of United Methodist Church, and frequently enjoys projects he works on with his father, Sonny. “Family is everything, that’s what gets me out of bed every morning.
